Immersive Story Time

Henry the Impatient Heron is a story about a young, impatient heron living on a pond with various wetland animals. As the story is read, the sound of each animal will play, creating an immersive experience that connects the sights of the Refuge to the sounds. Afterwards, families are encouraged to walk the trails and listen to the sounds of the Refuge. This program is meant for children 10 and under, but can be enjoyed by anyone who loves to listen to stories! No RSVP required. Meet in the Visitor Center Theater.
