Welcome to the Immersive Sound Yoga! Join us for a unique and energizing yoga experience in the park at sunset.

Get ready to energize your body and mind with Immersive Sound Yoga! This dynamic session combines powerful flows with upbeat music delivered through noise-canceling headsets, letting you block distractions and focus entirely on your practice. Adjust the volume to hear every word of the instructor and match the music’s energy to your vibe. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this unique session is designed to deepen your connection, enhance your focus, and elevate your flow! End the session with calming stretches and relaxation, setting the perfect tone to join the optional after session Silent Disco Dance Party! Afterwards, we invite you to start your Friday night off with up to an hour of music and dancing. You can also grab a drink, alcholic or non, from the Tiki Bar at Hudson's on the River next door and return and join us for dancing in the park!

You’ll never be locked out of this session, as we are nearly limitless with the number of headsets we have —but registration via donation is required to ensure we have enough headsets for everyone.
