Unlike traditional meditation, a sound journey is designed to help you effortlessly drift into a meditative state through the use of resonant frequencies and vibrational soundscapes. As you lay down and receive the vibrations, waves of soothing sound will wash over you, guiding you into a space of deep healing, clarity, and release.

Our soundscape goes beyond crystal singing bowls, weaving together the powerful vibrations of shamanic drums, didgeridoos, crystal harps, a variety of gongs, flutes, intuitive chanting, and more.

These rich layers of sound work on a cellular level to help:

Born and raised in Miami with deep Afro-Cuban roots, Lily (aLilyKat) is a multi-faceted sound practitioner, blending the worlds of music and healing. As a DJ in Miami’s vibrant scene and a dedicated sound healing practitioner, she works across the entire spectrum of sound. As a Holy Fire Reiki Master and intuitive chanter, Lilyana integrates sacred modalities to create transformative, immersive experiences.Liliana specializes in curating unforgettable wellness experiences throughout South Florida and runs the operations for 420 Space Yoga, welcoming over 200 participants every Saturday.

In addition to her wellness work, Liliana is a skilled freelance videographer and digital creative, excelling in crafting captivating experience reels for wellness events and large-scale activations.

Rob Newmans (AcroYoda)

A multifaceted practitioner who has seamlessly merged his passions for sound healing and

physical fitness into a harmonious lifestyle. Rob's journey into the world of sound and vibration began at transformative sound healing events, where he discovered the profound sense of balance and relaxation that resonated within him. Enamored by this experience, he delved into the realm of vibrational instruments, including alchemy singing bowls, chimes, gongs, didgeridoo, and flute, amassing a collection over 8 years. Rob's expertise extends beyond personal enjoyment, as he has curated immersive sound experiences for yoga classes, Thai and Vibe events, ceremonies, festivals, and private healing sessions, enriching the mental and physical well-being of his community.

Simultaneously, Rob has mastered the art of finding equilibrium and joy through physical

movement. With over a decade of experience as an instructor in acro-yoga, slackline,

dragon staff, and rope dart, he has become a pillar in the fitness community. Certified as a

YogaSlacker and an AcroYoga teacher based in Miami Beach for over a decade, Rob passionately shares his knowledge, inspiring others to pursue their own paths and discover happiness through movement and self-discovery.
