BRIEF OVERVIEW:
This event is at The Divine Light Wellbeing Centre, Colgate, 3 minutes from Pease Pottage Services. Free parking on site.
Start time is 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm this includes an introduction, meditation and feedback.
PLEASE ARRIVE at 7:00 pm in order to get settled in and relaxed.
Doors close at 7:30 pm, so late-comers are not able to enter the venue once the event is underway!
WHAT TO BRING:
Please wear comfortable clothing. We will supply an airbed mattress for your comfort but please bring a pillow, a blanket to keep warm and a bottle of water to make sure you keep hydrated.
