Immersive Sound Journey

Join us for a 90-minute in-person soundscape experience at RI's exclusive Sound Bath Studio, Sacred Sounds, where music and vibes wrap around you like never before! Dive deep into waves of sound, feel every beat, and let the rhythms help you relax, reset, and reconnect through the power of vibration and intentional sound.

During this session, you will be guided through a meditative sound experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other soothing instruments. No prior experience is needed. Simply arrive with an open mind and a willingness to receive.

What to expect:

• A calm, elevated welcoming environment.
• Gentle guidance to help you settle in.
• A 90-minute immersive sound journey.
• Time at the end to integrate and ground.
• Doors open 10 minutes before session begins.

What to bring:

We provide comfort items such as mats, blankets, and pillows. You are welcoem to bring any additional items to enhance your comfort, such as:

• A favorite blanket
• A yoga mat
• Eye pillow
• Extra cushions
• Water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing and arrive ready to relax.

Sound Baths are designed as:

• Suitable for all people
• No meditation experience required
• Comfortable welcoming setting
• Limited to 16 guests to preserve an intimate and immersive sound experience.
