It’s the perfect opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and serene environment.

Sessions are held every Sunday, except on holidays or if the minimum attendance of 3 participants has not been met.
Sessions are from 4 PM to 5 PM. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get comfortable and settled in. Please note that doors will be locked at 4 PM to help maintain privacy and avoid any distractions.
Reservation is required to secure your spot and ensure the session can proceed.
