Immerse yourself in a relaxing sound bath to relax you and zone out from the world for an hour.
Adults only session - Age 12+

Come along for some gentle stretches & breath work before lying down in a wonderful sound healing journey with singing bowls, ocean drum, koshi chimes and meditation music. The benefits of sound healing are relaxation, healing from physical & emotional ailments, deeper sleep, moving stagnant energy out of the body and creating an escapism for you.
