Clearing & Restorative. Join sound healer, Michael McCullough in this immersive 60 minute sound bath. We begin with a short guided meditation followed by a heart-centered multi-instrument journey into sound and vibration using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles and other instruments. These sounds and vibrations help to shift brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state, and further into a deeply relaxed theta state. The experience is designed to unearth and release any mental, emotional, or physical blockages, stimulate the flow of stagnant energy, and promote clearing and balance. As you are guided through this immersive journey, you will encounter moments of stirring and release, followed by deep tranquility, culminating in a state of complete relaxation, restoration, and equilibrium.
