Immersive Sound Bath Journey at LaSalle Hotel

Step into a sound bath journey designed to gently open the doorway to the story of your soul.

Through layered frequencies, crystal bowls, chimes, and guided intention, this immersive experience invites you into a space of remembrance. During this journey, sound becomes the bridge. Vibrations quiet the mind, soften the body, and create the conditions for subtle awareness to rise to the surface.

You may receive clarity, emotional release, symbolic imagery, or simply a profound sense of peace. There is no right way to experience this journey. The Records meet each person exactly where they are.

This session is ideal for anyone seeking guidance, healing, or reconnection with their inner wisdom. No prior experience with meditation is required. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to listen inward.

Mark your calendars and invite friends to share in this experience of peace and rejuvenation! Once you arrive, check in at the security desk to be directed to the ballroom on the 22nd floor.

Doors open at 6:30pm

The sound bath will take place promptly at 7:00pm-7:45pm

What to bring:

• A yoga mat (if you don't have one, mats will be made available)
• Support for your head and knees
• A blanket if you tend to be cold
• A journal to take notes
• Water (if you don't bring one, bottled water is available)
• A friend, the more the merrier

Street parking is free after 6pm along with paid options being available at nearby garages. Uber/Lyft or Spot Hero are options to consider. Give yourself ample time for parking.
