Join the BOW sound healing team for this unique experience of being immersed in sound. This sound bath will be a therapeutic meditation focusing on vibrational sound with a directed intention to calm the mind and relax the physical body.
Through a variety of techniques we will bring you to a relaxed state. Quartz crystal bowls will stimulate alpha and theta brainwaves associated with a clear and peaceful state of mind while bringing all bodily systems back into balance. Mother Earth drum will ground us.
