Let the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments wash over you, melting away stress and tension. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and reset. ✨ What if you could release stress and restore your energy—simply by listening to gentle, calming sounds?

Life can feel busy and overwhelming, which is why this is your chance to pause and take a well-deserved break. A sound bath offers a nurturing space for your mind, body, and spirit. All you need to do is lie back, close your eyes, and allow the soothing vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation.

Whether you’re carrying stress, feeling drained, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this experience is designed to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and at peace.

✨ What to Expect
We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to help you settle in. You’ll then lie back and get comfortable as I guide you through a short breathwork meditation to release tension. This will be your opportunity to set intentions and journal.
From there, the sounds will gradually unfold into a deeply immersive experience, designed to calm the mind and ease the body. The session closes with a grounding meditation and a few moments of stillness, helping you return to your day feeling centered and renewed.

⚠️ Who Should Avoid Sound Baths?
Sound baths are safe for most people, but they may not be suitable if you:

• Experience seizures
• Are pregnant in your first trimester
• Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical/electronic devices
• Live with sound sensitivities or tinnitus
• Are managing severe mental health conditions or PTSD (please consult your healthcare provider first)

If you have any health concerns or specific needs, please reach out before booking. This event is open to participants aged 16 and above.

Onsite parking avaliable at the venue, plus free evening street parking nearby.

💜 Accessibility & Low Income Spaces
I believe sound healing should be accessible to everyone. Each session includes two reduced-rate spots (50% off) for those on low incomes. If you’d like to request one, simply email me in advance.

📅 Cancellations
Life happens! If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable due to limited space.

Doors will be locked at 8.10pm for a prompt start.

Late arrivals won’t be admitted.

There will be no refunds for non-attendees or latecomers.
