This is a calm, seated live music experience designed for listening, rest, and gentle inward attention.

Music is mixed live in a continuous flow, with a slow and steady pace that supports settling and ease in the body.

There is no performance element, no expectation to move, and nothing you need to do.

You are welcome to sit, lie down, or rest in whatever way feels comfortable.

• A 90-minute continuous live DJ set
• Warm, atmospheric, downtempo and ambient music
• A steady, unhurried progression from start to finish
• Low lighting and a quiet, contained space
• Optional moments of silence toward the end

This is not a dance event and not a sound bath.

It is a listening-focused session where music shapes time gently and without pressure.

• Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in
• Wear comfortable clothing
