Join me for a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience held in the beautiful Dance Studio at Millfield School in Street. This carefully curated session offers a peaceful opportunity to slow down, reset the nervous system and reconnect with yourself through the therapeutic power of sound.
Taking place from 7pm to 8:30pm, the evening is designed to support deep relaxation, emotional balance and overall wellbeing.
The session includes a gentle guided meditation followed by an extended sound immersion using singing bowls, chimes, drums and other therapeutic instruments.
