The resonant tones of the gongs foster a tranquil stillness, prompting a mindful pause to appreciate the present moment. Doors open to the space at 6:45 PM, and the session begins promptly at 7:00 PM. Please arrive with everything you need to be comfortable in your space (yoga mat, blanket, pillow/props, etc.).
