Immersive Denver Field Trip: ICE! at the Gaylord Rockies

Join Immersive Denver on Tuesday, December 16th at 6pm for a special evening inside the Gaylord Rockies’ iconic ICE! experience.

We’re partnering with the Gaylord team to give the immersive community a relaxed night of exploring the exhibit, connecting with fellow creators, and getting a rare look behind the scenes.

Your visit starts with open time to wander through the incredible hand-carved ice sculptures—take it slow, take photos, and take in the artistry.

After that first hour, we’ll gather at 7:15p for a talk-back and behind-the-scenes conversation with Jordan Dyniewski, Director of Special Events and Entertainment at Gaylord Rockies, digging into how ICE! comes together each year and what it takes to run something on this scale.

We’ll wrap with a casual cocktail hour in the hotel bar, complete with a special cocktail just for our group.

Parking is fully validated and free, and the meetup itself is free to attend. We’ll also be accepting pay-what-you-can donations (suggested $15) to help support Immersive Denver’s ongoing operations.
