As the days reach their longest and the light its fullest, growth has been in abundance all around and within; now is the time to pause and notice: what has flourished in your life?
The Summer Solstice is a threshold of light, fullness, and gratitude. A time to honour what has grown, what is illuminated, and what is ready to be danced.
We will dance with this illumination and abundance, and we will dance with gratitude and patience.
We will dance with gratitude for everything that we already possess and everything that we dream for as if it is already here.
We will dance with patience, to slow down and nourish ourselves with all the elemental medicine around and within us.
This is a dance to acknowledge the light in ourselves, in others, and in our world. The more we can dance with the light, the more we can dance and stay grounded through the darkness.

Immersive Dance takes you on a musical movement journey. The immersive supports you to go deeper into the dance, to be held by structure and at the same time to have space and freedom to dance how you want and bring whatever you’re feeling.
It is an opportunity to dance with others in an inclusive, fun, and sober space and create community. Great tunes, accessible space, and friendly vibes - Come and immerse yourself in the dance!

Time: 6:30 - 9:00pm, give yourself the gift of being on the dance floor by 6:30pm for a truly spacious landing!
Doors will close at 7pm for safety reasons.
