Afternoon Gong Meditation

Immerse yourself in the beautfiul soundscapes of five magnificent gongs for a deeply relaxing and energising experience. Enjoy this intimate event in our cosy gong space with its soft, vibrant colours.
10 places. Mats, blankets and cushions are provided, or if you prefer to sit, beanbags or chairs are available. The gong bath is followed by integration, tea and the opportunity to socialise.
Time: 4:00 - 5:30pm (doors open: 3:30pm for a prompt start at 4:00pm)
Location: OMUK, Unit 1, 22 Pakenham Street, London, WC1X 0LB.
Access: The gong space is on the first floor and accessed via stairs. The building has neither lift nor disabled facilities.
Refunds and transfers: You can get a refund up to 2 days before the event. But you can request a transfer to the next event where a space is available if you let us know before noon on the event day. Transferring a ticket can only be done once per ticket.
