Immersion Room: A Multisensory Experience
Advertisement
Immersion Room is a multisensory experience created for people who need a different kind of space to slow down.
Designed especially for highly sensitive people, neurodivergents, deeply feeling humans, overthinkers, and anyone whose mind and body rarely get a chance to fully settle, this 90-minute experience brings together breathwork, therapeutic touch, ASMR-inspired sensory practices, aromatherapy, live sound healing, and more.
CC, a trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork® Therapy Facilitator, guides the breath and sensory side of the experience. Throughout the evening, she weaves together gentle breath awareness, therapeutic touch, aromatherapy, and ASMR-inspired sensory practices designed to help you connect with your body, move through emotion, explore sensation, and notice what’s happening underneath all the noise.
Audrey of Kalumra creates the live sound journey, surrounding the room with crystal singing bowls, a 432Hz handpan, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, wave drum, rainstick, handheld gong, tuning forks, and more. Her soundscapes are designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system recalibration, energetic coherence, and inner balance.
Together, these elements create an immersive environment where you don’t have to perform, figure anything out, or even know exactly what you need. You can get comfortable, get curious about what you’re experiencing, and simply receive.
And every Immersion Room is a little different. We continue exploring new sounds, sensations, sensory elements, and ways of creating an experience that feels restorative, interesting, and deeply supportive.
