Hosted at Pinewood.

Join us for an opportunity to connect and network with fellow society members and industry experts over lunch and drinks in the Ballroom at Pinewood Studios.

We will transfer from The Ballroom to The John Barry Theatre, for an introduction and welcome from Pinewood Group.

Additional speakers will give us insights into current technologies and visions associated with modern studio based production. Speaker details to follow.

Travelling To & From Pinewood Studios: Please arrive at Studio Reception. (Event visits area with toilet facilities at 12:10pm)

Public Transport: None is situated close to the studio. Nearest stations are Langley, Slough and Gerrards Cross. The studios are a short taxi ride or Uber ride from these stations with Langley station being the shortest ride. Please plan or book your rides in advance to arrive on time. Perhaps share a ride with a colleague member or two to help minimize the cost.

By Car: Advance bookable visitor car parking is available – but please try and car share with member colleagues in order to minimise strain on the studio visitor car parking. Please arrive early at 11:30/40am in order to allow time for you to check in and park your car. If you wish to arrive by car and park, once you have your ticket confirmed, you must book in advance by emailing your name, car model, colour and registration number to: [email protected]
