As winter slowly begins to loosen its grip, Imbolc invites us into a moment of quiet awakening.
A time not for rushing forward, but for listening inward.
For noticing what is stirring beneath the surface, ready to grow.

This Imbolc Sound Bath is a gentle, ritual-led evening designed to support reflection, clarity, and renewed energy as we move toward spring.

Held in the historic and atmospheric setting of Willsbridge Mill, this session weaves together sound, stillness, and simple seasonal ritual to help you reconnect with yourself and your intentions for the year ahead.

• A softly ritualistic opening to mark the Imbolc threshold
• Grounding and clearing using sound and intention
• A deeply restorative sound bath with gongs and crystal singing bowls
• A guided inner journey supporting clarity, renewal, and gentle motivation
• Time for journalling and integration
• Warming herbal tea to support grounding and reflection
• A closing blessing aligned with Imbolc’s energy of light and new beginnings

This session is trauma-informed, supportive, and accessible, with plenty of space to rest, soften, and simply be.

This sound bath is ideal if you are:

• Feeling ready to gently reawaken after winter
• Seeking clarity without pressure or force
• Wanting to reconnect with intention and inner guidance
• Looking for a calm, supportive space to reset and realign
• Curious about seasonal ritual and sound healing

No prior experience with sound baths, meditation, or ritual is needed.

• Yoga mats and blankets are provided
• You’re welcome to bring your own blanket, pillow, or cosy layers
• Journals and pens are encouraged
• Herbal tea will be served during the integration phase

This session is held by Marie, founder of The Goddess Haven Ltd, a certified and accredited sound therapist and facilitator. Marie’s work is grounded in compassion, nervous-system awareness, and gentle ritual, creating spaces that feel safe, held, and deeply nourishing.
