Join us for an environmental themed Imagination Lab for kids ages 5+ at your Main Library. At this session, kids will have the opportunity to dive into the world of water pollution. Come out and explore the impact of oil spills on water and wildlife at engaging learning stations we’ll offer. Kids will learn how oil spreads, see how it affects feathers, and understand the challenges in cleaning up these oil spills in nature. Watch a colorful experiment using celery and food dye to see how contaminants move through plants too. This event is perfect for curious minds of all ages so join us for an eye-opening experience that highlights the importance of protecting our water resources.
