Imaginary Grace Release: Georgia Beer Day

To mark Georgia Beer Day, Monday Night Brewing will celebrate the release of the 2025 edition of Imaginary Grace.

This beer is a 3-year blend of wild ale created in our coolship at Monday Night Garage. This historic Methode Traditionelle captures local yeast and micro-flora to begin the fermentation process, welding a one-of-a-kind Georgia beer.

Join Brewmaster Peter Kiley, Barrel Program Manager Tim McDonnell and the founders of Monday Night Brewing for a close-up look at our barrel program, including visits to our coolship and barrel aging facility, including vertical tastings of multiple editions of Imaginary Grace. Tour and tasings will begin at 1 PM and 2 PM.
