IMAC Professional Development Day 2026 will be held in Wellington on 12 May 2026.
About this Event

Professional Development Day content

This day provides immunisation coordinators and other immunisation leaders with updates on important developments in topics of national and international interest for vaccination practice in New Zealand.

Topics will include:

  • Health NZ NPHS update
  • Travel vaccines 101
  • Immunisation for special groups
  • Dementia and shingles
  • Vaccine errors and key resources
  • Cold chain management

And more ….

Come along and keep up-to-date and network with others in this ever-changing immunisation field.
Limited places; preference will be given to immunisation coordinators and those directly involved with immunisation in NZ.


When: 12 May, 9am - 4pm
Where: West Plaza Hotel, 110 Wakefield Street, PO Box 11 648 Wellington

Cost: $150 (GST inclusive), includes refreshments.

Parking: Public transport is encouraged, buses pass along Willis Street (which is close to the venue). Alternatively, there is limited paid parking depending on daily availability at the venue ranging from $15 to $25 per day (cannot be booked in advance).
