Our mission is to hold a safe, respectful space for women who have experienced sexual trauma. Through the gentle practices of yoga, mindfulness, and intentional community, we create space for survivors to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate confidence, and rediscover the joy, peace, and light that have always lived within them.

Join us in honoring and celebrating survivors with FREE yoga, reiki, a sound bath, and food.
