Calling all nurses, providers, staff, and public health professionals: Registration is now OPEN for the 2026 ILPQC OB & Neonatal Face-to-Face Meetings in Springfield, IL!

• OB Face-to-Face: Wednesday, May 20th: Meeting 9:00am - 4:00pm.
• Neonatal Face-to-Face: Thursday, May 21st: Meeting 9:00am - 3:45pm.

Ticketing Information

Early Bird Registration: March 9th - April 3rd 2026

• OB Day: $100
• Neonatal Day: $100
• Both Days: $175

Regular Registration: April 4th - May 8th 2026

• OB Day: $125
• Neonatal Day: $125
• Both Days: $200

PLEASE NOTE: Event registration for the 2026 ILPQC OB & Neonatal Face-to-Face Meetings will close on Friday, May 8th 2026. Onsite registration will not be available. Refunds requested prior to the event registration deadline (5/8/2026) will be honored.

The 2026 OB Face-to-Face Meeting topics include: ILPQC Birth Quality Designation Program, Perinatal Mental Health, and TeamBirth.

OB Breakout Sessions (select two during registration):

1. Achieving Success in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH): Building an effective response for positive PMH screens with treatment options, warm handoffs, and close follow-up for every patient every time
2. Achieving Success in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH): Engaging outpatient sites and emergency departments to improve optimal PMH care
3. Building Relationships with Doulas and other Community Partners to Improve Care: Becoming doula-friendly and serving as a better access point for linking patients to doulas, home visiting programs, and other community services
4. Patient, Family, and Community Engagement: Working with patient partners and using respectful care breakfasts and PREM data to improve respectful care
5. NTSV C-section Reduction: Sustaining reductions in NTSV cesarean rates and closing disparity gaps
6. TeamBirth Wave 1 Teams: Putting TeamBirth into Practice
7. TeamBirth Wave 2 Teams: Getting Ready for TeamBirth -- Practice & Planning Session

The 2026 Neonatal Face-to-Face Meeting topics include: Equity and Safe Sleep for Infants (ESSI) and two new exciting initiatives!

Neonatal Breakout Sessions:

Participants will attend small group discussions for all of the following topics:

1. Two Patients, One Opportunity: Advancing Perinatal Mental Health
2. Making ESSI Stick: Building Durable Systems for Ongoing Success
3. From Delivery Room to Discharge: Comprehensive Care Pathways for the Late Preterm Infant
