The Illinois Tollway Field Event Team will be in the atrium of the Lansing Police Department from 3-9 p.m.
The new sticker tags are here, and the team will provide them free of charge, deactivate transponders, and provide customers with a $10 deposit back into their I-PASS account as a credit.
Customers can also take care of other business:
* Customers can pay any unpaid tolls they might have
* Open new accounts
* Password resets
* I-PASS assist program for fees that have accumulated and need attention the program if approved can eliminate all fees and only tolls will be due.
* Set up payment plans if needed
* Add funds to account
* Update addresses
* Add license plates to account
What customers should bring:
* Customers must have a driver's license when they arrive.
* No cash will be accepted for services; credit cards only.
* License plate information.
