Your local meetup is a great place to start your journey or continue learning, and meet diverse people to chat about life and how we can sustain it. Every job is a climate job, so come along and learn about how you can take action, as well as what is going on locally.

We welcome everyone, regardless of their experience or background. People Planet Pint is a space where everyone can feel comfortable learning about sustainability and sharing their ideas.

Afterall, creating a sustainable future requires connected communities. And what better way to bring everyone together than over a drink?

Sarah Jones is founder of B Corp certified Full Circle Funerals – an independent funeral service in Yorkshire. She lives in Burley-in-Wharfedale and is on a long journey to better understand how to reduce her carbon and take her place in caring for our planet – by no means an expert she is looking forward to learning from, and collaborating with, the community in and around Ilkley.

Jo Tindall is a Partner within gunnercooke LLP, and a small business owner. Jo started her own journey towards living a more sustainable life a few years ago and is a real believer in the ripple effect of making even small changes. As an employment lawyer, Jo has a keen professional interest in the benefits of employee engagement in green initiatives. Jo lives and works in Ilkley.
