About this Event

Ikenobo is the foundation of Ikebana, the traditional Japanese art of flower arranging. It originated in Kyoto, Japan, as a Buddhist floral offering.

This show features arrangements by chapter members, including Chapter President Charles Harris Sensei, who will be available to answer questions about the art form.

The exhibition is open Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

While the exhibition is free and presented by the Ikenobo Ikebana Society (Chicago Chapter), standard admission and parking fees for the Chicago Botanic Garden still apply.
