Ikawa Distillery - From High Altitude to Glass


Hidden high in the mountains of Shizuoka, Ikawa is one of Japan’s most remote and fascinating new whisky distilleries.

Join the Ikawa team at Backspace Bar for a rare five-part tasting, beginning with Ikawa New Make before moving through Flora 2025, Fauna 2025 and Fauna 2026, and finishing with the unreleased Flora 2026.

Explore Ikawa from new make spirit through to its latest releases, tasting the evolution between unpeated and peated styles and two generations of the distillery’s whisky.
