Step into the world of classic French pastry and discover the magic of pâte à choux in this hands-on baking experience!

Often thought of as one of the most intimidating pastry techniques, choux pastry is surprisingly approachable when you know the secrets. Guided by our expert Pastry Chef Instructor, you'll learn each step of the process—from preparing the perfect choux dough to piping, baking, and filling your pastries with confidence.

During class, you'll create two iconic French favorites: elegant éclairs and light, airy cream puffs. Along the way, you'll gain an understanding of the versatile techniques behind pâte à choux and discover how the same dough can be transformed into a variety of beloved pastries, including gougères, churros, French cruller doughnuts, and choux beignets.

You'll leave with practical baking tips, professional techniques, and the confidence to recreate these impressive pastries in your own kitchen.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. Our classes are relaxed, interactive, and designed to be enjoyable for everyone—from passionate home bakers who love getting involved in every step to first-timers who prefer to observe, assist, and, of course, taste the delicious results.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Outside drinks are not permitted. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ may purchase beverages from the lobby bar within the venue.
