💪❤️🔥Attire? If you have a Judogi (a jacket and pants for Jiujitsu/Judo) please take it with you, but if you don't have them, simply get shorts/leggings and a t-shirt. We'll stick a GOCC heart to your chest ❤️
There is a changing room and showers available on site.
Our hosts are the best Martial Arts club in Ireland - Team KF founded by martial arts legends: Tom King and Chris Fields 💪❤️🔥
On 18th January, from 12pm, we invite you to an Open Mat event - when we will be showing everyone what Jiu Jitsu is all about and why this sport is safer than football!
We'll have some snacks and warm tea for you ❤️🔥
