Host: Judge Jane Maria Köhler Vidal | TJRS.
Info: Judge of the Special Family and Succession Chamber of the Rio Grande do Sul Court of Justice. She joined the judiciary in 1994. She was the first judge of the State Court for Domestic and Family Violence against Women and worked on the creation of the TJRS Administrative Impropriety Court project. Member of the TJRS Human Rights Commission Member of the Administrative Appeals Commission (CORAD) of the TJRS. She was Vice-President of Ajuris and is now Director of the Association. Master's degree in Law from UNISINOS and PhD candidate at PUCRS. Professor of Family Law in the postgraduate course at PUC, FMP. Coordinator of the family and succession area of the Study Center - CJUD - TJRS. Professor at the Higher School of Magistracy. Facilitator and instructor of Restorative Justice. She was a public auditor for the Court of Auditors of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. She was a lawyer and advisor to the Attorney General's Office of the Municipality of Porto Alegre.

Info: Graduated in Law and Education from the Federal University of Amazonas, Master's degree in Family and Social Relations Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. Joined the judiciary in 1989. In 2010, she was promoted to the position of judge. From July 2020 to 2022, she held the position of vice president of the TJAM. She is currently a member of the First Criminal Chamber of the TJAM; She chairs the Commission for Combating and Confronting Moral and Sexual Harassment and Discrimination – TJAM; the Court's Justice and Memory Commission; the Amazonas Judiciary Telework Commission; and the Women's Participation Commission.
In the Electoral Court, she was elected vice president and inspector of the Regional Electoral Court of Amazonas (TRE/AM) for the period from May 2022 to May 2024.

In 1980, she was approved for the position of magistrate (Judge). She received the title of citizenship of ParnaĂba in 2004, granted by Mayor Paulo Eudes Carneiro. Commendation of Legislative Merit from the City Council of ParnaĂba in 2004. Diploma of Honorary Member of the Brazilian Navy based in Pará in 2006. Diploma of Honorary Member Des. HelvĂdio Clementino de Aguiar in 2007 by AMB-PI. She has taken advanced courses in Management.
Sworn in as a judge of the TJPI on May 10, 2024, she is the second woman to hold the position of judge in the state of PiauĂ.

Info: She was president of the Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, being the first woman and the first black person to preside over the court.She was born in Pelotas, a city located in the south of Rio Grande do Sul. She graduated in Law from the Law School of the Federal University of Pelotas in 1981. She began her career in the Rio Grande do Sul judiciary in March 1985 as a magistrate. In the District of Porto Alegre, she served as a judge from 1994 to 1998 and was an electoral judge from 2000 to 2002. She was the first woman to join the deliberative council of the Association of Judges of Rio Grande do Sul (Ajuris). On March 22, 2004, she was promoted to the position of appellate judge. In 2016, she became the first woman to be elected chief justice of Rio Grande do Sul. In December 2021, she was elected president of the Court of Justice with 71 votes, defeating Judge Tasso Caubi Soares Dalabary, who obtained 63 votes. In 2023, she received the Farroupilha Medal of Merit

She is also the Women's Ombudsman of the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region (TRF4).
