Igniting Your Inner Light is a small, intimate wellness retreat hosted at Wonderland, a secluded 4000 sq ft forest retreat home in East Sooke. This experience is designed for rest, clarity, and reconnection — with nature, your body, and what truly matters to you.
With a maximum of 10 guests, this retreat offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel supported without overwhelm or pressure.
What’s included:
• 3 nights accommodation at a private forest retreat home
• Daily gentle yoga and guided meditation
• Journaling and reflection practices
• Intentional group connection and quiet integration time
• Hot tub and cold plunge tub for contrast therapy
