About this Event

Bring to life what's possible. Experience cleansing Breathwork to clear the mind and prepare for deep reflection. Movement to free the body and quiet the mental chatter. A slow, intentional Yin Yoga practice to encourage deep connection to self, with reflective questions weaved throughout. Lastly to guide you closer to your manifestations, experience clarity of mind and raise your vibration through a Sound Healing Journey. Please bring something to write in, as journalling is encouraged but optional.

Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring the following:

- Water

- Yoga Mat

- Blanket

- Cushion
