This 60-minute guided breathwork session is designed to help you burn through self-doubt, and restore balance. The salt cave provides a calm, healing environment, allowing you to more easily reconnect to your inner strength. With intentional breath, energetic tools, and a supportive space, you’ll leave feeling peace, and ready to take action toward what truly calls to you in this next season.

What to Expect:

• A transformative breathwork journey in the serene salt cave
• Essential oil blends to support connection
• Selenite palm stones to help recharge inner light
• A supportive space to release doubt and cultivate balance
  

What to Bring:

• Yoga mats ARE provided
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Bring a pillow and blanket for added comfort - Having a pillow or bolster for under your knees is highly recommended
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
