Ignite the Power Within: MELI Inaugural Empowerment & Leadership Workshop

The Milwaukee Empowerment & Leadership Initiative (MELI) proudly presents the Ignite the Power Within: Empowerment & Leadership Workshop — a transformational experience designed to inspire, equip, and empower young people ages 17–24 to lead with confidence, purpose, and vision.

Closing Recognition Celebration: 3:00 PM

This interactive workshop will help participants:
• Discover their voice and personal strengths
• Build confidence and leadership skills
• Learn strategies for overcoming fear and self-doubt
• Explore purpose, identity, and personal growth
• Develop career readiness skills including resume building and interview preparation
• Gain financial literacy tools for real-world success
• Connect with mentors, professionals, and peers in a supportive environment

Through engaging discussions, activities, reflection, and empowerment experiences, participants will be encouraged to recognize their potential and take ownership of their future.

MELI is a newly IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to creating leadership, mentorship, empowerment, and opportunity pathways for youth in underserved communities.
