Our “If Cars Could Talk” speaker series brings together leaders, collectors, historians, and enthusiasts to share stories, insights, and experiences connected to car culture.
This month’s speaker, Teresa André, presents a fascinating look at travel through Washington’s state and national parks as seen through vintage postcards from the early 1900s and beyond.
Through images, postmarks, and handwritten messages, these postcards tell stories of journeys to locations including Dry Falls, Sacajawea State Park, Mt. Rainier, and the Olympic National Forest. Free for ACM members and included with Museum admission thanks to generous grant funding awarded by Tacoma Creates.
