About this Event

This session will provide an overview of legal requirements, best practices, and practical strategies for identifying and supporting students with disabilities, including those enrolled in private schools.
Participants will deepen their understanding of Child Find obligations, including timelines, outreach efforts, and evaluation processes. The session will also explore Proportionate Share requirements, covering how equitable services are determined, planned, and implemented for eligible students in private school settings.
