Joseph and Minni will share their journeys from concept to execution, revealing the pivotal moments, challenges, and strategies that fueled their success.
Our entrepreneurs will dive into key topics, including:

- Overcoming early-stage challenges and securing funding
- Building a brand and scaling operations
- Navigating setbacks and staying resilient
- Lessons learned and advice for aspiring entrepreneurs
Whether you're an aspiring founder, a business leader, or an investor looking for insights, this discussion offers firsthand wisdom and actionable takeaways to help turn your vision into reality. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from those who have been in the trenches and emerged victorious.
Minni Marwaha is the founder of Deebo, bringing over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience to the table. Her background includes roles in revenue cycle consulting, strategy consulting, hospital administration and operations, hospital innovation, angel investing, and entrepreneurship. As a healthcare careerist, she always wanted to be a hospital CEO and was inspired to pivot to entrepreneurship when her daughter had chronic ear infections. Minni is from Raleigh although she spent a large part of her adult life in Chicago. She is a triple Tarheel and proud to have founded a Raleigh based company.
Deebo is innovating the home medicine cabinet for parents with young kids. Founded by a former pediatric hospital administrator and mom of two, Deebo brings otoscopes (the device doctors use to look inside the ears, nose, and throat) into the home, allowing parents to collect signs and symptoms before calling the doctor. Inspired by the founder’s personal experience with her daughter’s chronic ear infections, Deebo launched in 2024 and quickly grew into a six-figure business within one year. It has sold out multiple times and caught the attention of several celebrities (ahem, Britney Spears’ sister liked a post). But beyond the celebrity buzz, Deebo wants you to be the star in your own home. Parents are their kids' first healthcare providers, and we want you to be equipped to conquer sick days—without canceling your own day.
Joseph Blanch is an engineer, entrepreneur, and father of four. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, he has combined his technical background with a passion for innovation, raising $1.5 million to bring new ideas to market. When he’s not problem-solving or building, you’ll likely find him chasing his kids or perfecting his monkey bar skills.
Company overview: GoBe Kids, is home to the original Snack Spinner. Founded in 2019, GoBe focuses on playful and functional products to help parents and kids on the go. GoBe recently launched nationwide at Walmart and Target stores across the U.S.
