Looking for an alternative to spooky Halloween thrillers? Join us for a free screening of a recently released and much talked about movie. In case you missed it in theaters, you can see it at the library!This month we will be watching American Fiction starring Jeffrey Wright, Tracee Ellis Ross, Sterling K. Brow and Issa Rae. Based on Percival Everett’s 2001 novel Erasure, American Fiction, this Oscar nominated film follows the challenges of an English professor whose writing career has stalled because his work isn't deemed “Black enough.”
