A highlight of Hanoi's social calendar for 17 years, the ICUC Burns Supper is a glamorous and fun night out and the best excuse to wear your most elegant suit, dress, áo dài, or kilt.

You can use the event page to purchase via Eventbrite using credit cards in USD. You will be able to choose Your seat or seats and manage directly upon payment

Local bank transfers in VND are also accepted upon request. Please send an email to [email protected] so we can assist you with your purchase and give you the bank transfer details. Upon payment you will receive your ticket/tickets and access to the management console of your order via Eventbrite

Either way, you can buy single tickets or purchase multiple tickets, including full tables. You can then, upon purchase, manage your table guest names and menu choices via Eventbrite system.
NOTE: If you expect to be seated in a table with some group, please talk first with the person who bought the tickets for said table, they should manage your ticket for you, you should not buy a new ticket on your own

When you place your order, you will be asked to submit names, menu selections, and email addresses for all of your guests. If you do not yet know the names of your guests, please input "John or Jane Doe." You may change the names and menu preferences of your guests until the 21st of February.

Several guests have reported problems with the Eventbrite interface. If you are having trouble with Eventbrite timing out or refusing your credit card transaction, please try the following steps:

1. Use a VPN to set your IP address outside Vietnam (preferably in the country where your credit card was issued). Because of the high volume of credit card fraud that originates in Vietnam, some vendors will decline transactions originating in the country.
2. Set your guest names to "Jane Doe" or "John Doe", pick default menu selections, and allow Eventbrite to copy guest and menu preference information from your first ticket to all subsequent tickets. This will make it easier to complete the ticketing process within the time allotted. You can log in to Eventbrite and change your guest names and menu selections after your tickets are issued.
3. Contact [email protected] to discuss alternate ticketing and payment arrangements.
