The Society of Rebellious Readers is a space for readers who are passionate about learning how to resist tyranny and fascism. Each month, we explore books that examine history, authoritarian movements, and the ongoing fight for democracy and justice.Our August book is "Why We're Polarized" by Ezra Klein which explores how American political identity has become increasingly tied to personal identity, leading to intense partisan division and dysfunction in the U.S. political system.
