About this Event
ICM Advanced Physique Coaching: Theory to Practice is a two-day seminar for coaches who have done the foundational work and are ready to operate at the next level.
This is built for coaches who are already working with physique and transformation clients and want a complete, applied methodology for taking those clients further.
Day 1 is our classroom day. Six blocks of advanced coaching education covering client assessment, the psychology of transformation, nutrition application, training for physique development, and the ICM Physique Model in full.
Day 2 is our gym floor day. Everything from Day 1 gets applied under pressure. You will work through real client scenarios, coach and be coached, and have your decisions challenged by the ICM team in real time.

Info: Advanced assessment for transformations - body composition, realistic timelines, lifestyle red flags, and honest client conversations.

Info: Choosing the right nutritional model, making adjustments, managing adherence, and differences between gen pop and advanced physique clients.

Info: Small groups work through three real client scenarios - a stalled check-in, a client mid-fat loss under psychological strain, and a post-transformation client. Groups make a call and defend it.

Info: Coaches working together in groups to experience correct cueing, spotting, and coaching from both a client and a coach perspective. Groups will focus on either upper or lower body and will swap in session 2.

Self-Audit Completion & Commitments
Info: Coaches complete the Day 1 audit again and compare scores privately. Each coach commits to three things they are implementing the following week.
