For all my aspiring cookiers out there, Join me February 1st from 11-3 for this specialty cookie icing consistency class. This is an advanced class for someone who is really interested taking their decorating skills to the next level. The cookies will be baked ahead of time, so our focus is ALL ICING and decorating. We'll be making these designs start to finish and I will decorate with you! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
First we'll make and color icing. We’ll break it down and bag into 3 different consistencies and 4 colors. The second half of the class will focus on decorating these designs. Along the way, we'll use a dehydrator to speed dry cookies and use a projector to do a bit of writing at the end! Class size is limited to 4 people. This class will be taught in my home kitchen and is $100.
To take this class you must have taken one of my regular classes in the past.
I have been teaching this class for about a year now and EVERYONE who has taken it has said it really enhanced their decorating.
