ICF Maidenhead Coaching Group Virtual Session

Session: Responding to Difference | Exploring how we value difference in the coaching partnership

Are you looking to :

• Broaden your network of coaches?

• Discuss coaching with other coaches on a regular basis?

If so then come and join the Maidenhead virtual coaching group. Whilst this is an ICF coaching group, all coaches are welcome who are accredited or enroute to a coaching accreditation - you don't need to be an ICF member or have an accreditation with the ICF to join.

We meet monthly online for a couple of hours. This is a relaxed, informal group with a professional approach.

This is less about listening to speakers, and more about connecting with other coaches and discussing coaching topics and challenges that are pertinent to the group on the day.

The format is typically as follows:

9.30 start Bring a tea/coffee to the virtual room and catch up with fellow coaches in smaller groups to get the morning started

10am - 11.15am Typically we focus on some key coaching topics and use breakouts to circulate around the different discussions. Example topics could include:

"Coaching and Mental Health"

"The being and doing of the coach"

"The rise of digital coaching platforms"

"Effective Contracting"

These are just a few ideas of the many topics that you may experience during the session.

11.15am Breakout groups finish

11.15am - 11.30am Come together as a whole group, debrief, and close

From time to time there may also be:

• Coaching triads with the benefit of receiving some coaching and receiving feedback on your coaching style

• Speakers focusing on a specific topic

• Group coaching

Once you sign up we’ll send a link to the online event that will allow you to meet everyone and work in smaller groups once we start.

Connecting with others at this time is more important than ever. The group has been running for some time now and continues to be a place to connect, support and challenge each other whilst improving coaching capability at the same time. We welcome new members.
