Ice Cutting Class with Hundredweight Ice/ Whiskey Wednesdays®

Join Hundredweight Ice for cockltail ice carving class with Richard Boccato and Tim Mckee ( Whiskey Wednesdays®) held at Dutch Kills Bar during NY Bartender week. Class will focus on how to properly cut different shapes for use in cocktails, how to use big ice to acheieve the best possible combination of water content and tempreture and how to store and maintain ice behind the bar. Each attendee will have an opportunity to work hands on with the ice guided by seasoned industry professionals.

Class includes: lecture, demonstration, hands on trial, whiskey sample sponsored by Kings County Distillery.

The ice cutting will be followed by Happy Hour downstairs at Dutch Kills Bar.
