Did you know that a Black chef created mint ice cream? Another used hot peppers in fried chicken because she was mad at her partner. Bread makers, refrigeration systems, and sugar refinement all came from brilliant African Americans. At this program we will be sampling some of these foods and learning about how they are made! This program will take place in room M-15.
