For those who aren’t aware, a fire in town destroyed Pawling Yoga & Wellness’ former home and we’re helping them rebuild.
They offer a variety of classes like yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates, along with workshops, private sessions, and community programs, emphasizing accessibility through a "Pay What You Can" model for many services. They focus on holistic well-being, incorporating elements like Ayurveda, and aim to serve the community regardless of financial situation, with offerings that include a community clinic for affordable alternative therapies.
