Looking for a unique wellness experience in Kuala Lumpur? Ice Bathhouse is the perfect place to relax, recover, and recharge. Located in the vibrant Mont Kiara neighborhood, we combine hot and cold contrast therapy in a welcoming, modern environment.

Guests enjoy full access to our ice plunge (5°C), cold pool (15°C), hot magnesium pool (42°C), traditional Finnish sauna, and recovery spaces. Bath towels and amenities are provided for your comfort.

We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM (last entry at 11:30 PM). Walk-ins are welcome. Discover one of KL’s newest wellness spots and leave feeling refreshed, energized, and ready for your next adventure.
