Icarus Fitness Racing same sex pairs event.The event will run from 9:00 until 15:00. Heats of 2 male paired athletes and 2 female paired athletes will set off every 15 minutes, to avoid over crowding on the workout zones. Briefing and standards of the event will be at 9:00am with the first wave setting off at 9:30, until all athletes have been released. You will have a heat time assigned prior to the day of the event and all standards can be found on the Icarus UK instagram page.
Parking is available on site and there will be coffee refreshments available to purchase.
